Lead Registered Dental Assistant
Shawn is dedicated Dental Assistant with 30 years of hands-on experience in providing exceptional patient care and clinical support. Known for her friendly demeanor, kindness, and professionalism, she excels in taking x-rays, preparing patients for procedures, and assisting the doctor during treatments. Shawn brings a calm and reassuring presence to every appointment, helping patients feel comfortable and well cared for. Her deep knowledge of dental procedures make her a very valued member of our dental team! In her free time, she enjoys photography and spending time with her grand-babies.
Tamara
Lead Patient and Insurance Coordinator/RDA
Tamara has worked for our dental family since 2020. She started here as an RDA right out of school where she excelled in treatment and patient care. Including preparation of treatment rooms, digital x-rays, sterilization and assisting the doctors during treatments. In 2022 she transferred to our front office staff to be our Lead in charge of coordinating patients appointments, insurance verification, maintaining office needs and liaison to our office manger. She thrives in a environment of helping others and true patient care. Tamara has been invaluable member of our team. She enjoys summer/ fall days of sunshine and spending time with her family!

Patient and Insurance Coordinator/ RDA
Nicole serves as the Patient Coordinator here at Brentwood Endodontics, where she plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for every patient! With a commitment to excellence in service, Nicole takes care of front office operations including patient check-ins, scheduling, payment processing, and insurance benefit coordination. her attention to detail and strong communication skills help patients feel at ease from their first interaction. Nicole is dedicated to upholding the high standards of care that define Brentwood Endodontics, contributing to both the efficiency of the practice and the comfort of those it serves!
Sydney
Registered Dental Assistant
Sydney is a dedicated Dental Assistant with a strong foundation in clinical procedures and patient care. She plays a important role in ensuring smooth and efficient dental operations. Known for her compassionate approach and excellent communications skills, Sydney helps patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visits. In her spare time she enjoys listening to music, spending time with her family and boyfriend.
Lauren
Registered Dental Assistant
Lauren is a passionate Dental Assistant that is all about supporting patients through their root canal treatments and other endodontic procedures with care and professionalism. She brings a strong understanding of endodontic techniques, sterilization protocols, and digital imaging to ensure each procedure runs smoothly and efficiently. Her goal is to help patients feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit while providing seamless clinical support to the endodontist with a calm, detail-oriented approach! She takes pride in contributing to positive outcomes and high-quality patient care in a specialty setting!
Chelsea
Office Manager
Chelsea was hired as the Office Manager in 2024. She has 12 plus years of experience in Endodontics and medical practices. Starting as Front Office she worked her way up to managing all Front Office personnel in a multi office practice. Her extensive experience in patient care, policies, the understanding of the importance of and office’s atmosphere, flow, and communication has made her an important part of our team. She is dedicated to making sure that all doctors, employees, and patients are getting the support and care they need. We are so happy to have her be with our Dental Family. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband and kids, family, friends, two dogs, and enjoying the outdoors as much as possible.

Marketing Director
Anna has been with our practice from the beginning!
Being the wife of Dr. Hicks, she enjoys getting out meeting referrals and making sure they are taken care of! In her spare time she likes to read, go on trail walks and spending time with her children,
